Purpose of function

Flow receiving of milk from milk-trucks, with on-stream automatic control of received milk weight and real-time commercial accounting of milk received at preset flow rate.

Operation mode

• Automatic.

• Filtration of milk in order to clean it from mechanical impurities;
• On-stream control of weight and temperature of the received milk;
• Technological data registration and compilation of Operation register in real time;
• Operation within range of preset capacity and production parameters;
• On-stream taking of the milk batch average sample;
• Operative visual control of key-parameters: volume, weight, density, temperature;
• Cleaning of the plant with centralized CIP station.

Auxiliary functional features

• Availability of Ethernet connection to PC;
• Availability of the plant’s PLC integration to the High-Level Automatic Control System of the Milk Receiving Dept.

Control system functions

• Automatic regulation of soft start, stop and production capacity of the plant;
• Automatic recalculation of the received milk weight to the received milk volume;
• Automatic control of valves functioning;
• Technological data visualization and compilation of Operation register in real time;
• Automatic control of CIP-cleaning;
• Integration to the High-Level Automatic Control System.

The plant automatic control system is based on Siemens (Germany) PLC, FESTO (Germany) pneumatic devices; touch-screen operator’s panel on the control-board is provided for operation set-up by selection of the following mode of menu:

• Manual control (adjustment);
• Automatic control (production);
• Pre-set parameters (service);
• Alarms output;
• Register output;
• CIP-cleaning.

Construction features

Factory assembled SKID-plant consists of:

• Stainless steel mesh-wire filters for cleaning milk of mechanical impurities – 2 pcs.;
• Self-priming centrifugal pump – 1 pcs.;
• Centrifugal feeding pump – 1pcs.;
• Milk tanks – 2 pcs.;
• Weight control platforms on strain-gauge transducers – 2 pcs.;
• Sampling device – 1 pcs.;
• Controlling sensors (temperature, flow, margin level) – 1 set;
• Internal pipelines and valves with pneumatic acuators – 1 set;
• SKID – 1 set;
• Flexible hose for connection to milk-trucks – 1 set;
• Switch cabinet with control panel.

Required operational conditions

Milk receiving plant “Standart-M” should be installed in-doors, in heated production departments, with normal ambient temperature and humidity.
“Standart-M” switch-cabinet ingress protection rating is IP54 (spray-proof design).

“Standart-M” series milk receiving plant are certified with Declaration of correspondence to requirements of the Technical Regulations of the Customs Union (TRCU).
