Initial treatment of kegs (with all types of fittings) in order to have them ready for filling with beer, kvass (mild rye beer), wine etc., functional capacity: up to 10 kegs/hour.

Unit configuration

The factory-assembled unit is mounted on a skid and comprises the following parts and blocks:

• The skid with support for keg;
• a vat with heating elements: for cleaning solution;
• circulation pump;
• electric switch cabinet;
• temperature and level transmitters;
• pipe connections, with valves, couplings and fittings.

Operation cycle sequence

1. Rinsing with hot water;
2. Blowing-off with compressed air;
3. Cleaning with hot lye solution;
4. Blowing-off with compressed air;
5. Flushing with cold water;
6. Blowing-off with compressed air;
7. Sterilization with steam *.

*  if cleaning solution contains sanification components, the sterilization with steam is no more obligative.
